I need to try LudoBites once in my life...they're all booked right now, but I'm hoping for a miracle. LudoBites isn't a set restaurant, the interesting thing about LudoBites is that it borrows a space (Gram & Papas starting in April) every 3 months and chef Ludo Lefebvre creates a whole new menu each time.
