Asian food= YUM

Yesterday after class I was super hungry so I made myself some udon noodles in miso broth with Russian kale, daikon and onions. I think you can add udon noodles to just about any asian soup and it'll taste good. For dinner I got some sushi and rolls to go from a new sushi joint in the neighborhood. The price is reasonable and the sushi is okay...I'd definitely stick to the rolls more than the sushi. My mom put out some Korean banchan that my grandmother made- sweet dried squid, some root vegetables, pickled daikon in chili sauce and pickled spicy cucumbers.
