Big Five

About a month and a half ago I couldn't even run for 5 minutes straight. The best I could do was walk at 3.5-3.7 on the treadmill. Today I ran for an hour, that's 5 miles for me. It was a very gradual process and when I first started training I didn't know if I could run longer than 30 minutes. It's a big accomplishment and I feel more confident that I can finish the half marathon coming up in April.
