Here's what I ate today:
- Breakfast: Barbara's Bakery Puffins cereal, slice of toast (no picture)
- Snack: Quinoa with roasted beets
- Lunch: MorningStar veggie patty with red leaf lettuce, kimchi and red pepper bean paste, pickled garlic cloves (I ate it Korean lettuce wrap style- it wasn't that good)
- Snack: Japanese rice crackers
- Dinner: Lentil soup, toast (no picture)
